About Write Stuff
The Write Stuff for Kids Inc. was organized by a group of friends to help students in Clinton, Illinois, with the basic supplies they need to start school. Several members of the current board of directors were part of the founding board.
Donations from our residents, churches and business community make our work possible.
Our first supply drive in 2002 helped about 120 students. That number has grown to nearly 400 annually, in addition to the students who receive supplies from our store room during the school year.
Our mission to make sure students have what they need on the first day of school is possible because of the generosity of our community!
